For The Flare are hand-crafted using a variety of high-quality materials, including dimond simulant, lab-grown diamond, gemstones, 952 sterling silver plated with 18k and pure 925 sterling silver.
Most of our plated jewelries are finished off with a layer of e-coating to ensure they maintain their luster and shine for much longer. Short for electrophoretic coating, e-coating is a process of immersing our plated jewels in a water-based solution containing a semi-transparent mixture of emulsion. This added layer of goodness which we add on to each of our designs, is to ensure every piece shines and lasts longer.
All our jewels are Lead-free, Cadmium-free and Nickel-free.

All of our jewels are made of 925 sterling silver and designed to be “shower-safe” - the pieces will not rust or tarnish.
Kindly note that with frequent contact with water the plating of the piece may fade gently over time, with the usage of body care products.
Do avoid contact with alcohol based products such as sanitizer and perfumes, as frequent contact will speed up the fading of the plating.
The gemstones of the pieces may dull over time as the body care products can form a thin layer over them. You may use a soft toothbrush with warm water to gently brush the residue away.
All of our products are wear tested by real people for 60 days and go through quality checks to ensure you receive the best jewels. However, every jewel still deserves a little loving and care!Prolong their shine by avoiding contact with chemicals and moisture‚ such as hand sanitizer, household cleaners and pool water. If possible, remove rings before washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer.
We recommend using our Jewel Polishing Cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue, to maintainthe lustre and shine of your jewels, and to reduce chances of tarnishing. Please note: Our polishing cloth is coated with silver wiping powder - effective in removing the oxide layer on your jewel pieces, however, it will not remove any scratches or marks. Be gentle while polish as the cloth can be abrasive.
Gold plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. To preserve the condition of your gorgeous pieces, it is recommended that you store your accessories in a neat and cool place, or in a jewelry box when packing for your wanderlusting travels!
Diamond simulants are gemstones manufactured to look like diamonds but are both visually and compositionally different than diamonds. Simulated diamonds, such as cubic zirconia (CZ) or moissanite, look like diamonds but are not real diamonds.
1. Affordability: Diamond simulants are generally much less expensive than natural or lab-grown diamonds, making them a great option for those who want the look of a diamond without the high price tag.
2. Durability: Diamond simulants are often more durable than natural or lab-grown diamonds, making them a good choice for everyday wear or for use in jewelry that will be subject to wear and tear.
3. Variety: Diamond simulants come in a wide range of colors and cuts, allowing for greater variety and customization in jewelry design.
4. Environmental concerns: Some people may choose diamond simulants due to concerns about the environmental impact of diamond mining or the ethical issues surrounding the diamond industry.
5. Practicality: For some people, the practicality of having a diamond simulant may be more appealing than owning a real diamond. They may feel more comfortable wearing a diamond simulant in public or while traveling, for example, without the fear of losing or damaging a valuable natural or lab-grown diamond.
Diamond simulants are created in a lab in order to manipulate the characteristics and seek to emulate the colorless, flawless, and durable nature of a perfect diamond. Diamond simulants can actually be of higher quality than some natural diamonds.
Forever. Lab diamonds really do last forever, and there's nothing that will dull the shine or interfere with the brilliance of synthetic diamonds. It's not for nothing that they say it's impossible to tell the difference between a natural diamond and a man-made one.
The main difference between lab diamonds and simulated diamonds is that man made diamond is made up of pure carbon. In contrast, simulated diamonds are made of synthetic materials such as silicon or beryllium.
The moissanite used in jewelry is often created through a manufacturing process. This lends to simulant diamonds being much more affordable than synthetic diamonds. Simulated diamonds are the perfect alternative to real diamonds because of, either, budgetary restrictions, and they are better for regular use.
Because they are made from less valuable materials and are less rare. Many diamond simulants are made from materials such as cubic zirconia, which are much more abundant and less expensive than diamonds. Additionally, the manufacturing process for diamond simulants is often less expensive than the process for creating natural or lab-grown diamonds. The lower cost of diamond simulants makes them a more accessible option for those who want the look of a diamond without the high price tag.
To give your ring a deep clean, use mild soap (dish soap works well as it helps break up any greasy deposits that can make diamonds appear cloudy or dull) mixed with warm water and a soft toothbrush. Soak your ring for 10-20 minutes, as needed, and then scrub gently with the toothbrush under warm running water.
